Do you take insurance?

I do! I am in network with commercial plans, specifically, Pacific Source, and Kaiser Foundation Health Plan of the Northwest.

I am not in network with OHP/ Medicaid plans even if they are carried out by the companies above.

If you have an insurance I am not in network with, I am happy to either provide you with a superbill that you can submit to your insurance for reimbursement, or in most cases bill directly to your out of network insurance for you. I will generally not apply for single case agreements, but I am happy to discuss this on a case by case basis.

What are the benefits of private pay?

  • No limit on the number of visits
  • No required diagnostic labels
  • Increased confidentiality of health and medical records
  • Ability to select the professional best suited to your needs

What are your Private Pay Fees:

Contact me for up to date fees. Please not that I do not offer payment on a sliding scale and my private pay fee is the same fee I bill all insurance companies.

I am in out of state, can I still see you?

If you are physically located anywhere in the state of Oregon or Washington State, I am happy to provide services to you.

Do you do full fidelity DBT?

As a solo practice, I am unable to provide full fidelity DBT. I do however, provide DBT informed individual therapy.

Are you an alcohol and drug counselor?

In addition to being a Psychologist I am also a certified alcohol and drug counselor 1, however, my primary focus is on mental health, and the interplay of substances and mental health issues rather than straight up alcohol and drug counseling.
