Welcome
Many of my clients are smart, capable people who appear to be doing fine on the outside — even while feeling overwhelmed, alone, anxious, or lost on the inside. Often, they’re their own worst critic and carry the belief that their needs don’t matter.
You may be used to holding it all together, showing up for everyone else, keeping everyone else happy, and managing high expectations… but something isn’t working anymore.
The coping strategies that used to get you through aren’t working anymore. You might be questioning who you are now, what you really want, or how to live in a way that feels more aligned with your values.
Therapy can be a space where your needs matter, your emotions make sense, and your inner world is treated with care and respect.

A Bit About Me
I’m Dr. Jana Corbett, a licensed psychologist and certified alcohol and drug counselor. I provide bilingual therapy in English and German to adults in Oregon and Washington via telehealth, with in-person sessions available in NW Portland when appropriate.
In over ten years of practice, I’ve helped people process trauma, develop more effective coping strategies, and create lives rooted in meaning, connection, and self-trust. My approach is collaborative, validating, and grounded in skill-building and deep respect for your lived experience.
Therapy with me is relational, nonjudgmental, body positive, sex positive, and LGBTQ+ and poly affirming. I draw on a range of evidence-based approaches tailored to your needs, including EMDR, DBT, CBT, somatic and mindfulness-based work, and more.
If something in you is asking for more — more clarity, more support, more space to be your full self — I’d be honored to meet you there.
